Far-infrared warmth across the full length of the body, with dual-zone temperature control from 40°C to 70°C. Thirty minutes replaces a great deal of equipment — and a great deal of space. Washable, and made without formaldehyde or optical brighteners.

The ritual

Wear long sleeves and leggings inside the blanket. Begin at the lower setting for twenty minutes, building to thirty to forty as you become accustomed. Drink water before and after.
